Built in 1989 by Michael Graves, FAIA.

Swan: 12-story articulated with monumental scale graphics and architectural elements, including a 47-foot high Swan sculptural figures. Dolphin: 12-story complementing the Swan with 56-foot Dolphin figures inspired by Renaissance-Italian architecture.
